1 General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the 15tk platform and all its users. "15tk", "platform", "service" or "we" refers to this website and all online gaming and betting services provided through it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

3 Age Restriction and Eligibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

To receive the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

6 General Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on 15tk are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results. In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered as final evidence.

6.2 Betting Responsibility

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 15tk reserves the right to void that bet. For sports betting, all bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant match.

6.3 Multiple Accounts and Cheating

Any form of cheating, exploiting software errors or attempting to hack the system may result in legal action. If such activity is detected, all winnings obtained from the relevant account will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 15tk platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing opposing bets to gain bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Playing games or placing bets through automated bots.
• Using third-party payment methods for transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting any software error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are detected, 15tk reserves the full right to take immediate action, including suspending or permanently closing the account and forfeiting the associated funds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 15tk

15tk may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of this agreement.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Information provided on the account is found to be false.
• At the direction of a competent authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our customer support team. Withdraw any remaining balance (if any) before closing the account. If bonus-related wagering is incomplete, those funds cannot be withdrawn.
